Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs through virtual sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's situation.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with the goals and objectives of clients, facilitating measurable progress toward their mental health and social needs.

• Advocate for client rights and access to necessary resources, addressing social justice issues that may impact their health and well-being.

• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and reporting of clinical programs, engaging in evidence-based practices to enhance service offerings.

• Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to expand service availability and enhance outreach efforts, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to foster a cohesive and informed clinical environment.

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding these clients on their paths to recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington state.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, social justice principles, and available community resources relevant to client needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
