Our client is looking for a hands-on Division Controller to lead core accounting and financial reporting activities for a growing, global, multi-site manufacturing organization.

What You'll Do

• Own the accounting close and reporting process, overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, accruals, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity for two divisions/sites.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, providing coaching, oversight, and support while maintaining high standards for accuracy and deadlines.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to US GAAP, company policies, tax requirements, and reporting standards.
• Partner closely with operations and business leaders, bringing strong accounting insight to a growing and increasingly complex organization.
• Improve and standardize processes as the organization grows, helping create a stronger, more scalable accounting function.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including accounting leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience within a multi-site, multi-geography manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing experience and general understanding of cost accounting, variance analysis is required
• CPA preferred; public accounting or audit experience is also highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, controls, and the close process.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP such as SAP or Oracle, Tableau or Power BI experience or similar are preferred
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively across accounting, operations, and senior leadership.
