We are looking for a Remote Operations Coordinator to become the organisational backbone of our operations. The successful candidate will ensure that our projects run smoothly and our teams collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, decentralised environment. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities and projects to ensure timely completion.

Act as a central point of contact for internal communication, facilitating seamless collaboration between different departments.

Manage schedules, arrange virtual meetings, and prepare necessary documentation or presentations.

Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Maintain and organise company records, documents, and internal databases.

Support the onboarding process for new remote employees.

Prepare and distribute operational reports to management as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an operations, project coordination, or senior administrative role.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and project management software.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fully remote setting.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Prior experience working within the technology or fintech sector is desirable but not essential.
