Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy services tailored to individual and family needs, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, documenting cases in accordance with our policies for medical records management and confidentiality.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies in high-stress scenarios requiring immediate therapeutic response, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including in-service training, workshops, and peer consultations, to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Perform psychological evaluations in preparation for bariatric assessments, contributing to the multidisciplinary approach that characterizes our patient care.

• Facilitate therapeutic retreats and group activities, promoting community building and shared experiences among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, you will be responsible for delivering customized therapeutic support while also training to conduct psychological evaluations for clients considering bariatric surgery. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
