Work Environment\n

This remote position enables you to work within an outpatient office setting, allowing you to provide both telehealth services and in-person interactions when needed. We prioritize a strong work-life balance, supporting our therapists with full administrative support, the latest digital technologies, and modern office designs should in-office work arise. With flexibility in scheduling, we are looking for candidates willing to commit to at least 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals, couples, and families. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for couples and families, addressing various issues including:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss concerns
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Stress related to medical issues and job demands
\n
• Challenges within blended families and issues surrounding separation and divorce
\n
• Interventions for mother/daughter conflicts
\n
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster growth and healing.
\n
• Maintain accurate and secure client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. By building meaningful relationships and understanding family dynamics, you will help clients navigate their difficulties and promote healthier family systems.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
