Key Responsibilities Process new hire paperwork, employee onboarding documentation, and maintain accurate employee records. Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA notifications, and open enrollment support. Enter payroll deductions, garnishments, benefit elections, and weekly payroll information while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support multi-state payroll and HR compliance, including unemployment claims and employee eligibility requirements. Partner with HR leadership to improve payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes while providing exceptional support to employees and branch managers. Qualifications Associates degree preferred with 2+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience. Experience administering employee benefits, onboarding, payroll deductions, and multi-state HR or payroll compliance. Highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
