Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their unique mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Intellectual Mental Care, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of full-time clinical experience in counseling is required.

• Proven experience working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to clients from various cultural backgrounds, particularly individuals of color and members of the LGBTQIA community.

• A background in trauma-informed care and working with clients facing substance use disorders is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
