We're looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist who's not just skilled, but deeply compassionate. Someone who understands that progress isn't always linear, but with the right support, it always comes.

Here's a little about us:
Our team is tight-knit, collaborative, and endlessly supportive. We treat each other like family, and our patients like our own. From babies to teens, we work with a wide range of kiddos-each with their own goals and personalities-and we tailor our treatment plans to fit the whole child, not just the diagnosis.

What your days might look like:

• One-on-one sessions with amazing kids (and their equally amazing families)
• Collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and other PTs to create well-rounded care plans
• Celebrating first steps, first jumps, and first high-fives
• Keeping documentation up to date, but never letting it get in the way of patient care

What we're looking for:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred (but if you've got a passion and solid clinical foundation, let's talk!)
• Someone who loves working with families and can explain the "why" behind what we do
• A playful spirit, a big heart, and a sense of humor
