Administrative Assistant

Position Overview We’re seeking a highly organized and proactiveAdministrative Assistantto work directly with one of our founders. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly — from managing customer orders to providing stellar customer service and staying on top of inventory and logistics. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to take ownership and grow into a leadership role within our company. Key Responsibilities Process daily customer orders from multiple marketplaces Track orders and coordinate shipping updates, including special/custom orders Place and manage supply orders for materials, fabrics, and office essentials Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email) Resolve customer issues through marketplaces and internal systems Provide general administrative support to the founder Help manage day-to-day operations and internal communications Requirements Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or customer service role is a plus but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internet-based tools Excellent written and verbal communication Self-motivated, resourceful, and dependable with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) High-growth opportunity with executive-level responsibilities A collaborative, supportive environment with hands-on mentorship Direct involvement in a growing eCommerce and design-focused business #J-18808-Ljbffr
