Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a range of critical responsibilities aimed at supporting your clients in achieving their mental health goals:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that are holistic and evidence-based.

• Deliver ongoing counseling sessions that incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Provide regular medication prompts and reminders to clients as needed, ensuring timely refills and adherence to prescribed mental health medications while fostering clients’ understanding of their treatment.

• Facilitate clients' access to essential medical appointments and resources, including transportation and teaching effective use of public transport when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual standards.

• Engage in collaborative practice with interdisciplinary teams, offering insights and support to enhance overall care delivery, and communicating essential updates to team members in real-time.

• Model appropriate behaviors, ensuring adherence to agency safety protocols, and assisting clients in developing self-safety and coping strategies.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including nutrition, meal planning, and cooking, while teaching essential life skills to promote independence.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
