Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information about clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy in multiple formats—one-on-one, family, and group sessions—applying evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients’ understanding of their conditions and coping strategies.
\n
• Offer timely crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure client safety during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in all client interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
