CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Managing consolidated financial statements, the full-time Manager, Financial Reporting will prepare SEC filings, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and support high visibility reporting processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and draft SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage legal entity financial statements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data Oversee the external audit process and manage SOX compliance by executing and documenting internal controls over financial reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field Certified Public Accountant or actively pursuing professional licensure Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 experience Familiarity with statutory reporting, technical accounting, and applicable standards such as US GAAP and IFRS Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OneStream
