CPA Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Leading a high-performing finance team, the full-time remote CPA Senior Financial Reporting Manager will oversee corporate reporting, technical accounting, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and publication of U.S. GAAP financial statements, coordinating with external auditors Oversee corporate reporting submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Provide technical accounting guidance and evaluate complex transactions under U.S. GAAP Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or equivalent professional certification Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate reporting or related finance disciplines 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on talent development Strong knowledge of corporate consolidations and financial reporting systems
