You'll:Lead, manage, and hold the HVAC service team accountableConduct weekly 1:1s, technician ride-alongs, and coaching sessionsDevelop technicians in technical ability, customer service, communication, and performanceTrack team performance, KPIs, and department goalsProvide technical support and help technicians work through challenging callsPartner closely with dispatch to ensure we're getting the right technician to the right callIdentify underperformance and create clear plans for improvementHelp create a culture where expectations are clear and great performance is recognizedKeep the GM updated on department performance, budget projections, and KPIsBe available to support the team when an employee is on call and an issue needs to be escalatedWhat We're Looking For2+ years of management or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of residential HVACPrevious hands-on field experience in the home-service industryA leader who is comfortable getting in the truck and into the field with techniciansProven ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountableStrong customer-service and problem-resolution skillsAbility to understand and manage performance metrics and KPIsBasic Microsoft Office skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCome Build Something With UsDone has been serving Denver-area homeowners since 1999, and we're still growing.
