Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Talkiatry, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relational issues. Our goal is to provide skill-building strategies to help individuals enhance their lives and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A fully independent license to practice, including one of the following:
  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ,
  Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ,
  Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and successful candidates must have no disciplinary actions against their licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and trust with clients.
\n
• Strong technological proficiency, with the ability to effectively navigate digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have experience in providing telehealth services, as well as familiarity with treatment planning and evidence-based practices. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for enhancing patient outcomes are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your work hours and client caseload. Benefits for full-time counselors include:
