Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments and make informed diagnoses to tailor treatments effectively for a diverse client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will address a spectrum of conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, tailoring your approach to the individual needs of each client. Your work will be vital in facilitating therapeutic growth and resilience in every session.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of integrative and holistic approaches to mental health.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being an effective member of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques.

• Experience working with specific populations such as children or individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
