Our flagship product, the MiniBox+, brings true plethysmography and full diagnostic PFT into a compact, fully portable system — letting practices run gold-standard lung testing right in their own office, PFT Lab or Hospital.About The OpportunityThis territory follows the I-10 corridor — Jacksonville, Tallahassee, the Florida Panhandle, Mobile, AL, and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi — and extends into southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and southern Georgia. We're looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to own and grow it. This is a true field sales role with real autonomy, a differentiated product, and strong commission upside. This role reports to the VP of Sales.Territory DetailsIdeal candidate is based in Mobile, Tallahassee, or Jacksonville.Covers the I-10 corridor: Jacksonville, Tallahassee, the Florida Panhandle, Mobile AL, and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Also includes southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and southern Georgia.What You'll DoOwn your territory end to end — prospecting, pipeline building, demos, closing, and post-sale account growth.Sell the MiniBox+ capital system along with the recurring disposables that follow each placement (a built-in, growing revenue stream once an account is up and running).Run in-person clinical demonstrations and walk providers and staff through the workflow, reimbursement picture, and ROI.Build genuine, long-term relationships with physicians, office managers, and health-system decision-makers.Partner with clinical and customer success teams to ensure smooth installs, training, and customer satisfaction that drives repeat purchases and referrals.Manage your activity and pipeline in Salesforce and keep your territory plan current.Represent PulmOne at regional and national conferences (CHEST, ATS, ACAAI, ACR, and others).Who You'll Call OnYou'll sell to the full range of providers who order and perform PFT testing, including:PulmonologistsAllergists / ImmunologistsPrimary care physicians (PCPs)ENTs (Otolaryngology)CardiologistsRheumatologistsSites Of ServiceYou'll be comfortable selling and tailoring the value story across multiple care settings:Independent / private physician offices — where in-office PFT creates a strong new revenue line with no pre-authorization required and coverage across Medicare, Medicaid, and private payors.Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPD) — where the MiniBox+ delivers true plethysmography at a fraction of the footprint and cost of a traditional body box, with fast ROI.Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) / health systems — navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes across larger organizations.What We're Looking For3+ years of B2B sales experience, with medical device, diagnostic, or capital equipment sales strongly preferred.A documented track record of hitting and exceeding quota.Comfort selling a clinical product to physicians and translating clinical value into a business and reimbursement story.Strong prospecting instincts and the discipline to build a territory from the ground up.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a large geographic territory independently.Willingness to travel within the territory (with regular overnight travel given the geographic spread).Bachelor's degree.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Why PulmOneA genuinely differentiated product in a large, underpenetrated market.Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.The ground-floor energy of a growing company with the backing and roadmap of an established device maker.A supportive, collaborative team and direct access to leadership.Full training, ongoing clinical support, and a sales organization invested in your success.CompensationBase of $85,000 with commission structure:10% up to $179K revenue15% from $180K–$359K20% at $360K+
