We're the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,000+ customers including Mutual of Omaha, ClassPass, and Tapjoy.We are accepting applications from candidates that reside in the following areas:Florida: Tampa, Miami, or OrlandoNew York: NYCAbout the RoleAccounts Payable Specialists are responsible for full life cycle management of Everflow's payments clients. This includes support and also onboarding and success. They are also expected to define and improve the processes to set the proper framework for scale. This position primarily assists with our payment services component called Managed Payments. What is Everflow Pay? Everflow Pay is a native partner payment processing and automation solution designed to streamline payouts, invoicing, and compliance for affiliate and partner marketing programs.What You'll DoAbility to be a front-line account manager from a relationship and technical perspectiveDevelop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clientsProvide client feedback to internal teamsHelp onboard new clients including trainingIdentify growth opportunities with customers, develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals.Define and improve the current processCreating and maintaining the Everflow Pay helpdesk, webinars or any other documentationAssisting clients in setting up our Managed Payments services and executing on customer's payment cycles.Leveraging different payments solutions not limited to Everflow Pay, Tipalti, and Veem to collect funds into these wallets from clients and then send payments out to payees in a timely manner.QualificationsGood product sense and a willingness to learnExperience with payment processing is a bonusStrong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies3 years minimum of digital advertising experienceFamiliarity with project management and customer success toolsSales and/or Business Development experience is preferred, but not requiredBA/BS in a relevant fieldHigh proficiency in EnglishCompensationBase Salary: $65,000 - $70,000Bonus Potential: 25% of Base SalaryPerks include:Employer Covered Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceUnlimited PTO401(k) (No matching at this time)Paid parental leave for putting your family firstStartup-like environment, without the constant rush to raise the next round of fundingA very collaborative team and cultureEducation, gym, and equipment stipendJoin Our Exceptional TeamDive into a role where respect, ownership, and mindfulness define our culture.
