Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches in sessions with individuals, families, and groups to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Work diligently alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care that meets each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, helping them regain stability in challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives that promote awareness around mental health issues and aim to reduce the stigma often associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish trust and build therapeutic relationships with clients, employing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, allowing effective work with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant procedures.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your experience and credentials. In addition, our benefits package includes:
