Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Business Analyst / SFDC Product Owner to lead Salesforce transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product ownership, requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and driving end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

• The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business analysis, solution design, and client-facing skills who can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.

• Lead business requirements gathering workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (SRS), User Stories, Process Flows, and Gap Analysis documents.

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical designs.

• Define CRM roadmaps and support Salesforce platform strategy.

• Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com.

• Conduct solution reviews, prototype demonstrations, and design walkthroughs with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with development, testing, and deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the liaison between business users, technology teams, and executive stakeholders.

• Support offshore teams during development, testing, and deployment activities.

• Present recommendations and project updates to senior leadership and enterprise architecture teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

• Experience participating in or leading at least 9-10 Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and standard/custom objects.

• Strong business analysis and requirements management experience.

• Proven experience creating BRDs, SRSs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow documentation.

• Experience facilitating requirements workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
