Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for MFT platforms and file transfer workflows. Troubleshoot failed file transfers, connectivity issues (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and certificate/SSL issues. Required Skills Strong experience in IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Connect:Direct, and IBM Sterling Control Center / Director. Good understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP/S, AS2, PKI, SSL/TLS, certificate lifecycle, and networking fundamentals (firewalls, ports, DNS). Mandatory: IBM MQ Infra Admin. Experience: 3-5 years. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation ranges from $45,000 to $121,000, dependent on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience.
