As part of our detox center, you will leverage digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, co-manage cases, and engage in ongoing training and supervision with peers and supervisors. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for youth, adults, and families referred to Maryhaven for outpatient treatment.

• Provide individual and couples therapy through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Manage case coordination and follow-up activities to ensure continuity of care, actively working to connect clients with additional resources when necessary.
\n
• Maintain an organized schedule of client appointments, proactively managing your calendar to ensure timely follow-ups.
\n
• Complete thorough and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
\n
• Utilize billing services for handling claims processing, client accounts, and insurance eligibility to streamline administrative duties.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client populations, addressing a variety of clinical issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Our aim is to empower clients through supportive counseling and effective intervention strategies, fostering their overall mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of practical experience in clinical social work, including relevant experience through a master's-level practicum or professional work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
