Collections Specialist

Auto Collections Specialist Salary: $19-$22/hr Hours: 9‑6 M‑F. No nights or weekends. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of delinquent automotive loan and lease accounts. Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect overdue payments. Negotiate payment arrangements, extensions, and account resolution plans based on customer circumstances. Qualifications Prior experience in auto collections preferred. Ability to reduce delinquency rates while maintaining positive customer relationships. Word and Excel experience needed.
