Applications Engineer (BBBH276221) Birmingham, England Salary: GBP50000 - GBP50000 per annum £40,000 - £50,000 (£60,000 OTE) + Company Vehicle + Door to Door Are you an experienced CNC Programmer, Applications Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer looking for a varied, customer-facing role where you'll work with advanced machining technology and support customers across the UK and Ireland? Overview On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering business where you'll receive specialist training, work with cutting-edge CNC machinery, and play a key role in supporting customers while developing your technical expertise. This company is looking to expand its engineering team with a skilled Application Engineer who can provide technical support, optimise machining processes, and work alongside the sales team to deliver outstanding customer solutions. Responsibilities Support customer installations Program and optimise CNC machines Design fixtures and machining sample parts Provide on‑site technical support and training Collaborate with sales teams on customer demonstrations and projects Role Overview Field‑based role covering the UK & Ireland Supporting customer installations, programming and technical support Working closely with sales teams, fixture design and machining Customer site travel Candidate Profile CNC Programmer, Applications Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer Experience with Siemens and/or Heidenhain control systems Knowledge of CAM software (Hypermill or similar) Happy to travel across the UK & Ireland #J-18808-Ljbffr
