Senior Account Executive, Advertiser Solutions, CPG

About the Role:

PubMatic is looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow and deepen our relationships with leading CPG brands.

You’ll own strategic advertiser relationships, build new partnerships, and uncover opportunities to expand PubMatic’s business across the category. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across media, marketing, programmatic, commerce, shopper marketing, and digital to understand what matters to their business and help develop solutions that deliver against those priorities.

This role is ideal for an experienced seller who knows the CPG landscape, enjoys navigating complex organizations, and wants meaningful ownership of their business.

What You'll Do:

• Own and grow relationships with priority CPG advertisers
• Build new partnerships while expanding PubMatic’s presence within existing accounts
• Develop relationships with senior decision makers across media, marketing, programmatic, commerce, shopper marketing, and digital
• Create thoughtful account strategies that uncover new stakeholders, opportunities, and areas for growth
• Lead strategic client conversations and connect advertiser priorities to PubMatic’s solutions
• Identify opportunities to grow investment across brands, teams, and business units
• Lead complex opportunities involving multiple client and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver for priority advertisers
• Bring CPG trends, client feedback, and new opportunities back into the broader organization

Who You Are:

• 5 or more years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media sales, or business development
• A track record of building and growing meaningful advertiser relationships
• Experience and relationships within the CPG ecosystem are strongly preferred
• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and the digital media landscape
• A strategic and consultative approach to selling
• The ability to independently take an opportunity from relationship building through revenue growth

Compensation Disclosure

In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.

$180,000—$220,000 USD
