About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of the organization. The CFO will be a collaborative finance executive, working closely with senior leadership and the Board to translate financial insights into action, support sustainable growth, and lead a high-performing team. This mission-focused role requires the CFO to align financial strategies with the organization's goals, anticipate strategic financial needs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and will be responsible for leading the accounting and revenue cycle management teams. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. Experience in finance leadership within complex service-based organizations, particularly those with a focus on healthcare, behavioral health, or human services, is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of financial operations, including healthcare reimbursement, and a proven track record of strengthening finance and revenue cycle functions. The CFO will also be responsible for team leadership, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial stewardship. A commitment to the mission of improving outcomes for children and families, as well as an understanding of the financial complexities of community-based behavioral healthcare services, is a key qualification for this position.
