Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health by utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular counseling sessions, ensuring clients are equipped with strategies and tools to address their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients presenting various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each requiring a unique and tailored approach to care. You will play a critical role in fostering positive therapeutic relationships that empower clients on their path towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with direct exposure to treating mental health disorders.

• Cultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to engage with and understand the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients, ensuring inclusive care.

• Therapeutic Skills: Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive practices.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, empowering you to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
