Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of speech-language disorders across all age groups.

Exceptional communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to accommodate the diverse backgrounds of patients.

Sound clinical judgment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
