As a Rental Coordinator, you will oversee stock rental operations within your warehouse and help ensure inventory remains accurate, organized, and ready for use. You will use the Czarnowski COMS Inventory system to execute rental orders, support accurate billing, and track rental assets as they move through the facility. You will coordinate closely with the National Rental Services team and other partners to resolve issues, document damage, and arrange repairs. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Receive, execute, and respond to all COMS Rental notes for the local facility.

Coordinate with the National Rental Services team to ensure local rental inventory is accurate.

Provide information to the Rental Manager to support accurate billing.

Pull, ship, and inspect rental inventory as it enters and leaves the facility.

Document and report damage to rental property and coordinate repairs with Rental Services.

Complete Return from Show reports for rental items in a timely manner.

Monitor and maintain inventory integrity using COMS Inventory.

Maintain asset identification, including barcodes, content sheets, and Czarnowski branding.

Organize and maintain inventory and workspaces in the rental warehouse area.

Participate in staff or customer meetings as required and maintain a professional manner in appearance and communication.

Self-directed, with the ability to communicate issues, make recommendations, and solve problems.

Highly organized, with excellent follow-through and proactive tracking of transactions.

Able to manage and prioritize multiple details with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes.

Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word; ability to develop proficiency with PCs and tablets.

College degree is not required.
