Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison with other service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate coordination of care.

• Establish clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further the mission of Sierra Vista in the community.

• Create and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote mental health programs and explore new alliances and funding opportunities.

• Pursue continuous personal and professional development through attending relevant conferences, trainings, and statewide meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals with complex emotional and behavioral health needs. Our outpatient therapy services cater to those seeking assistance in balancing their mental health with their everyday responsibilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• A valid independent license such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Proficiency in record-keeping procedures related to beneficiary charts is necessary.
