Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Conduct intake meetings to define job requirements and manage client expectations.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find qualified candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback to both parties.
• Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate salary packages and offer terms to successfully place candidates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and filling positions in a timely manner
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
