Salesforce Administrator / Developer

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer on behalf of our client in Everett, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration and development experience, with 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience . This role will support enterprise Salesforce initiatives, integrations, application enhancements, and scalable solution design while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
Manage users, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other Salesforce administration functions.
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce functionality.
Support OmniStudio solutions and identify opportunities for platform improvements.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, and asynchronous technologies.
Support Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
Facilitate requirements discussions and backlog grooming sessions.
Troubleshoot issues and manage enhancement requests.
Conduct system audits and support Salesforce upgrades.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience REQUIRED.
Strong Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong Apex development experience.
Experience developing complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous technologies .
Experience with Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration.
Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git .
Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Platform Developer II certification.
OmniStudio Developer certification.
Salesforce Architecture-level certifications.
Experience with K-12 or Public Sector projects .
Previous Massachusetts State Government experience.
Experience working with complex enterprise Salesforce environments.

Note: Local candidates are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Everett, MA one day per week .
