Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to client situations.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and reflecting the ongoing progress of patients.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement within the clinic.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment processes, and community support options.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
