We’re looking for a Project Executive to provide operational leadership for technically demanding design-build projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Known for technical expertise, early collaboration, and delivering highly complex facilities, our client has built long-standing relationships by consistently executing challenging projects with precision and reliability. This opportunity offers the chance to oversee multiple project teams, strengthen executive-level client relationships, and help drive operational performance across a diverse portfolio of work. You will provide executive oversight across multiple projects, guiding operational performance, portfolio financial results, executive-level client relationships and the development of high-performing project teams. Desired Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Demonstrated success overseeing multiple project teams while maintaining operational excellence and financial performance Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills Proven ability to mentor Project Managers, develop high-performing teams, and build long-term client partnerships Competitive executive compensation package of $200,000 - $275,000, with performance-based bonus potential, generous PTO and long-term leadership opportunities.
