Real Estate Accountant

Experience: Senior Level Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details What You\'ll Own Own the financial oversight and reporting for a portfolio of approximately six real estate assets Oversee financial reporting from third-party property managers, reviewing results, identifying trends, and resolving discrepancies Review joint venture partner reporting and serve as a key financial partner to internal and external stakeholders Partner with Asset Management and Development Management teams to analyze asset performance and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare consolidated GAAP financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and cash flow analytics to support portfolio planning and investment decisions Optimize and maintain the Yardi accounting platform To Be Considered Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
