This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from their home office or another safe, confidential environment of their choosing. Our outpatient office model is structured to provide therapists with the needed support to focus exclusively on their practice. You will have access to various virtual tools and resources designed to facilitate seamless communication and therapy management. With a dedicated support team available seven days a week, therapists can ensure that their focus remains on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapeutic sessions via video or audio telehealth platforms tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans focused on the individual and family dynamics that influence mental health.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions, session notes, and client interactions.
\n
• Collaborate with medical professionals or other community resources when necessary to provide holistic care.

• Stay updated on best practices, policies, and advances in telehealth technology as they pertain to mental health therapy.

• Respond to client inquiries and technical issues promptly to ensure effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals and families navigating issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By leveraging our telehealth platform, you will address the rising need for flexible and accessible mental health services, specifically tailored to diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients across Kansas.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the state of Kansas.

• Comfort and adaptability in using telehealth platforms for therapy and communication.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to foster professional, empathetic relationships with clients.

• Establishment of a private, secure workspace to conduct sessions in compliance with privacy policies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in managing your own caseload effectively, including scheduling, documentation, and billing.

• Prior experience working in a remote setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Dual or multi-state licensure, while not required, is a plus and may enhance your ability to serve a wider client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional benefits include:

• Eligibility for a healthcare stipend after fulfilling certain requirements as a full-time counselor.

• A first-client sign-on bonus available for newly approved full-time or part-time counselors.
