Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate effective discharge planning by liaising with consulting physicians, insurance providers, and community resources, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home or outpatient care.

• Evaluate oncology patients for signs of depression and anxiety, providing short-term counseling when clinically necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
