Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health concerns, helping to establish a tailored and effective treatment plan.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs, documenting progress regularly to inform ongoing adjustments.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to co-create integrated care strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.
