This position is uniquely designed for remote work, allowing you to operate from home while still being an integral part of a collaborative team. Our digital infrastructure supports seamless communication and coordination among clinicians, ensuring that care delivery remains cohesive and effective. Meetings, team consultations, and training sessions are conducted online, promoting flexibility and accommodating work-life balance. You will follow a structured schedule, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows you to provide impactful care while also enjoying personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the state of clients' mental health, utilizing standardized tools to identify specific symptoms and challenges.

• Craft individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their personal goals, preferences, and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adapting strategies based on real-time feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure that all aspects of treatment are aligned.

Our clinic's client base consists primarily of individuals grappling with mood-related challenges, ranging from depression and anxiety to bipolar disorder. By focusing on these populations, you will be instrumental in providing support to clients navigating difficult emotional landscapes. Your compassionate, client-centered approach will help you build rapport with clients who come from diverse backgrounds, fostering their trust and encouraging engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW-C, LCMFT, LMFT, or LCPC in Maryland is essential to qualify for this role.

• Strong experience with evidence-based treatment methods specific to mood disorders, especially CBT and DBT, is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and dedication to mental health.
