Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions, forming therapeutic alliances with clients in a virtual setting.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to address various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
\n
• Provide culturally informed care, ensuring respect for client histories and backgrounds.
\n
• Offer guidance and support in crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and interventions.
\n
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to enhance skills and increase value to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, encompassing various family structures and cultural backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. Special emphasis is placed on providing services to those in underserved communities, ensuring equitable access to high-quality mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Ability to provide therapy in both English and Spanish, demonstrating strong communication skills.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting involving a diverse clientele.
\n
• Strong understanding and sensitivity to the varied cultural needs and customs of families.
\n
• Familiarity with utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and adapting them to suit individual client needs.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification in or training related to specialized care areas such as Trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, or Perinatal Mental Health.

• Experience working in community health clinics, providing both in-person and telehealth services.
\n
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive client information in compliance with confidentiality standards.
\n
• Ability and willingness to work two evenings per week and at least one weekend day to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, access to continuing education resources, and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
