Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each patient’s care journey, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest industry best practices and therapeutic innovations, thereby enhancing the quality of client care.

• Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve service delivery and enhance the effectiveness of our programs within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who are coping with various mental health challenges. Our client population includes adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, often seeking support in a community health setting. Your work will play a critical role in empowering each client to progress in their mental health journey and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in your state or jurisdiction, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, that permits independent practice.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, enabling efficient documentation and care coordination.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities, to provide culturally competent care.

• A background in utilizing various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
