Key Responsibilities:
• Produce prebills, ad-hoc reports, and periodic billing reports
• Edit, finalize, and submit invoices in line with engagement letters and client guidelines
• Partner with attorneys and administrative assistants to manage client inventory and unbilled time
• Submit invoices through third-party eBilling platforms and resolve submission issues
• Monitor receivables and coordinate with Collections & Appeals on past-due balances
• Respond to billing inquiries and support process improvements and system testing
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a major law firm billing environment
• Hands-on experience with Aderant Expert, Elite, or 3E
• Working knowledge of eBilling platforms (eHub, BillBlast, Tymetrix, Serengeti, CounselLink, etc.)
• Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with financial data
