Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients using recognized clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to establish a personalized treatment plan tailored to the cultural and special needs of our patient population.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying interventions and strategies as needed to ensure optimal support for mental health diagnoses.

• Keep accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation in accordance with department standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet individual needs and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers, thereby ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

• Provide educational support and mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and growth within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
