Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Haven Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families in distress.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapy sessions, both in couples' therapy and individual sessions, addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and family dynamics.

• Utilizing therapeutic techniques to support clients dealing with addiction, abuse, job stress, and medical complications.
\n
• Facilitating open communication among family members and assisting in resolving conflicts.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with other clinical staff to provide holistic care that aligns with our organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a wide range of client scenarios. You will specialize in working with couples and families facing various difficulties, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Child and adolescent challenges.
\n
• Adjustment disorders pertaining to separation and divorce.
\n
• Emotional difficulties rooted in physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Conflicts arising within blended families or siblings.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
