Policy Lead for Strategic Large Customers

Xcel Energy is seeking a Manager, Policy for Strategic Large Customers to shape regulatory and legislative strategies across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop policy positions, prepare testimony, and craft external messaging in alignment with the company growth plan. You will engage regulators and stakeholders, oversee rulemaking activities, and deliver written comments and briefing materials.
