About the job Intake Coordinator (Remote) Success4Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Intake Coordinator to support our remote operations. This role is responsible for managing the initial onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all required information is collected, documented, and properly entered into internal systems. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to communicate clearly while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries and onboarding Collect, review, and verify client information for accuracy and completeness Enter and maintain client records in internal systems Coordinate onboarding steps and ensure all required documentation is completed Communicate with clients to guide them through the intake process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions after onboarding Maintain organized digital records and files Follow established procedures for data handling and confidentiality Provide general administrative support as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information Basic computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and online systems Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination roles Experience with client onboarding or intake processes Familiarity with CRM or data management systems Experience working in a remote environment Core Competencies Organization and efficiency Communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Professionalism and confidentiality Fully remote position Collaborative and supportive virtual team Flexible schedule with occasional coordination during standard business hours Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $17 – $21 per hour Flexible work schedule options Opportunity for growth within the organization Ongoing support and training Equal Opportunity Employer Success4Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
