Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, cash applications, and collections activities. This role requires strong customer communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to minimizing overdue balances.Responsibilities:Generate and distribute invoicesApply cash receipts from checks, ACH, and wire transfersInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, deductions, and short paymentsMonitor aging reports and conduct proactive collections outreachReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate documentationPartner with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issuesAssist with month-end close, reporting, and audit activitiesQualifications:Previous AR or credit/collections experience requiredERP system experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)Strong Excel and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workloadStrong communication and customer service skillsPay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
