Nayamode is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner-focused go-to-market initiatives for a global enterprise technology client. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer with experience working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Software Development Companies (SDCs), and B2B technology partners to drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

We're particularly interested in professionals who have supported partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or co-sell initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem , including former FTEs and experienced vendors or consultants.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Own and execute joint go-to-market and demand generation campaigns with a portfolio of ISV/SDC partners targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
\n
• Develop compelling partner value propositions, co-marketing strategies, and "better together" messaging.
\n
• Collaborate with software partners and creative agencies to launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including LinkedIn, display advertising, content syndication, and webinars.
\n
• Guide partners through campaign readiness, execution, and performance optimization.
\n
• Manage multiple partner relationships, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
\n
• Track campaign engagement, conversions, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Provide regular program updates, communicate risks, and ensure successful delivery of partner marketing initiatives.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Significant experience in B2B partner marketing, ISV marketing, channel marketing, or partner-led GTM programs within enterprise technology.
\n
• Proven success developing and executing joint marketing campaigns with software companies or technology partners.
\n
• Strong understanding of the SMB technology market and modern digital demand generation strategies.
\n
• Experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
\n
• Excellent program management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-powered productivity tools.
\n

Highly Preferred

\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Microsoft FTE, vendor, or consultant supporting partner marketing, ISV/SDC programs, or ecosystem GTM initiatives.
\n
• Familiarity with cloud marketplaces, commercial marketplace offers, partner co-marketing, and co-sell motions.
\n
• Experience working with Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), software publishers, or SMB-focused technology partners.
