This onsite role involves providing expert speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 40-55 students, fostering communication and language development within a supportive school setting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working in school-based settings, ideally with students diagnosed on the autism spectrum
• Strong collaboration abilities with teachers, support staff, and families
• Solid understanding of IEP documentation and compliance requirements
• Comfortable with onsite engagement and supporting a diverse student population

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students with ASD
• Conduct assessments, develop goals and intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Track progress and document services in alignment with IEPs and compliance standards
• Engage in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as needed
• Collaborate closely with classroom staff and families to maximize student outcomes
• Assist in developing augmentative communication strategies and behavior supports as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
