Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while delivering essential mental health services. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive assessments of clients to inform tailored intervention strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aimed at empowering clients to enhance their resilience and coping skills.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to design comprehensive crisis management strategies, including safety plans, relapse prevention, and recovery path development.

• Engage in regular telehealth sessions, providing ongoing therapy and support to individuals, couples, and families in need.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review treatment outcomes and adapt strategies as necessary for optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to employ culturally competent practices is crucial for effectively addressing the unique needs of our clients. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid Virginia licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is a must.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong proficiency in managing a variety of client needs and challenges with an empathetic approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective client interactions and collaborations with team members.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
